Konrede has been working hard to prevent and protect our clients and staff from the pandemic since January 2020 and we are still making the utmost effort to do so for all parties’ health and safety. The Konrede team takes this matter very seriously and we want to create a safe environment for all.

Due to the recent spike of COVID-19 confirmed cases in Hong Kong, all clients and visitors who experience COVID-19 related symptoms including fever, sore throat, long-lasting cough etc., must notify us immediately.

If you are a client, you can:

1. Take the COVID-19 test and inform us of the result.

2. Stay home for 14 days before arranging your next session.

These are the measures that are taken to protect all who enter the premises:

1. Everyone must have their body temperature checked before entering the office building.

2. Studio is cleaned regularly. Door handles are sanitised every 2 hours.

3. Hands are washed regularly. Everyone who enters the studio must wash their hands with soap and water.

4. In the studio, masks must be worn at all times.

5. Keep a safe distance from others while using Konrede’s facilities.

6. All appointments must be made via booking. Walk-in is not allowed.

7. People who experience COVID-19 related symptoms or are sick must notify us and reschedule their sessions or appointments after recovery.

If you have had close contact with confirmed COVID-19 patients recently or have been travelling to areas with active community transmission, you need inform us immediately and we will make arrangements for your upcoming sessions or appointments.
